El Palmar is one of southern Spain’s most loved surf destinations, known for its consistent waves, open beach, laid-back atmosphere, and spectacular sunsets. Whether you are here to surf, kite, wing-foil, or simply enjoy long beach days and great food, the villa offers a calm and comfortable base close to everything that makes the area special.

Inside, the house is bright, spacious, and designed for relaxed living. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with direct access to the garden, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms served by a family bathroom. Upstairs, the main en-suite bedroom opens onto a private terrace with ocean views, a favourite spot for morning coffee or winding down after a day in the water.

Outside, the enclosed garden is ideal for outdoor living. There are multiple seating areas, a BBQ, and a private swimming pool, making it easy to balance beach time with quiet afternoons at home. Other things to note
To access the property by car, you will need to drive along our private road through an open field and into our plot.

While we've added modern comforts to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, the charm of rustic properties and land comes with its quirks. Embrace the local character.

After you make a booking with us, we will contact you to ask you to provide identification information of all adult guests in order to comply with Spanish regulations. It will be sent my message and will contain a link to our online booking platform, this is normal.

You will also be asked to provide card details for the security deposit payment to be processed from.
