This stylish villa is elevated above Punta Chullera and offers spectacular views of Gibraltar, Morocco and the Mediterranean Sea. The space
Imagine coming back from a sunny day at the beach or an exciting afternoon of polo in Sotogrande. The sun slowly sets over the horizon as you relax with a cool gin and tonic on the terrace – with a view over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the mountains of Morocco. This is what a day feels like at Villa Shangri-La.
Situated on a privileged hillside estate in Punta Chullera, the villa offers incomparable panoramic views and complete tranquility. The spacious, wrap-around terrace invites you to sunbathe, read or dine outdoors with family or friends – especially at sunset, a dream.
Inside, Mediterranean charm is combined with modern comfort. Five tastefully furnished bedrooms and four bathrooms offer plenty of space for families or small groups. Generous window fronts flood the house with light, while the open living area flows into the terrace with pool. Whether cooking, a glass of wine outdoors or an evening bath – here you can relax in style.

Guest access
On the morning of your arrival, you will receive detailed information on how to enter the house yourself by using a key box outside the house. This means that you are free to come when it works best for you.
If you prefer one of our staff to pick you up at the house, please contact us at least 1 week before your arrival. This depends on availability.
Other things to note
You will stay in a quiet, upscale residential area. We kindly ask that you respect the peaceful atmosphere, the neighborhood and the beautiful coastal surroundings.
Please note: The villa is located on a slightly elevated property near a local road. This does not affect the view or your privacy, but light ambient noise may be noticeable.
Please be aware of the volume, especially outdoors. Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. We can monitor volumes, but we can't record voices.
No parties or unauthorized guests allowed.
No pets allowed and no smoking inside the building.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
Free parking is available within the driveway with gate. In the evening, the gate should be closed, but is accessible if necessary.
We charge a refundable security deposit of €300. This is a pre-authorization of your card 24 hours before arrival, which is canceled at check-out, provided there is no damage or rule violations.
Under Spanish law, we are required to collect the ID details of all guests prior to arrival and to forward them to the local authorities.
If you notice any damage upon arrival or if anything is damaged during your stay, please inform the host immediately. Undisclosed damage may be charged.
